CS Yacht Owners West

Welcome to our Website!

CS Yacht Owners West (known generally as CS West) is a group of, primarily, Pacific Northwest boaters who race and/or cruise CS (originally, "Canadian Sailcraft") sailboats (27, 30, 33, 34, 36T, 36M and 40) and Quanta 28s. Currently our association boasts nearly 100 members - most in the Vancouver, Victoria and Seattle areas. 2006 was the tenth anniversary of the formation of the group.

We host two (and sometimes more) major, on-the-water rendezvous each year - one in May and the other in late-September or early-October. Twenty or more boats usually attend each. During the winter, our two dinner meetings - one near Victoria, the other in Vancouver - each attract upwards of fifty members. As well, we sponsor several informal mini-rendezvous throughout the primary cruising season.

Our newsletter, CS West, is published several times a year. We also participate in the CS Yacht Owners Associations (CSYOA).
